At KEI, training is about more than just technique. We offer a complete program for adults, with classes suitable for every level: from basic to advanced.

  • Every weekday evening: adult training (basic to advanced)

  • Every Tuesday and Friday: morning class from 09:00 – 10:00

In our classes, you work on fitness, strength, and technique, but also on self-confidence, discipline, and focus. Whether you are just starting or already experienced: you train at your own level, with personal attention and a pleasant atmosphere.

Kung Fu for adults. More control, more focus.

At KEI, as an adult, you train purposefully on strength, fitness, and technique. The training sessions are logically structured from basic to advanced, so you start at your own level and make progress step by step. You work on effective self-defense, but just as much on focus, discipline, and self-confidence. Results you carry beyond the mat.
