Making Fitness a Priority in 2023!

The KEI Fit program at our academy is one of the best programs to make you feel mentally and physically in top shape. KEI Fit combines strength training with cardio, pad work, mobility, and flexibility! It can transform your body quickly… and it’s fun too! KEI Fit also includes many partner exercises. That’s different from hitting a bag of rice that doesn’t talk back (or hit back). This keeps the sessions interactive, enjoyable, and you help each other get through the exercises. Sometimes it takes extreme effort to find motivation within yourself, but with a partner or friend, it’s much easier.

What will you notice from this training?

● Muscle Building – KEI Fit is a high-intensity, high-impact workout. You’re constantly active. The exercises are all-round and promote muscle growth throughout the entire body: from your arms to your legs and your core – everything gets worked. All while still having fun and finding your own pace.

● Self-Defense – In addition to building muscle mass, strength, and endurance, you also learn to defend yourself better. KEI Fit consists of many practical exercises and techniques that help with this. Learning self-defense techniques while working on your fitness is a win-win.

● Relaxation – Is there anything better for relieving stress than kicking and punching (a pad, not your (training) partner)? A KEI Fit session early in the morning or in the evening is a great way to lower your stress levels. Training helps clear your mind and temporarily park the daily hassle that demands your attention and causes stress. KEI Fit can therefore feel like a form of therapy, one where you don’t have to talk.

● Energy & Endurance – It may sound contradictory: after a full hour of KEI Fit, you’ll be physically tired – but have more energy than before you started the workout. Every week you build your endurance further. It’s motivating to feel your fitness improve during training week by week.

Some think this form of fitness is only for diehards or people who want to fight, but the opposite is true. Working on your fitness while learning defense techniques during KEI Fit provides a very balanced workout that makes you stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally.
