Martial Arts

Martial Arts is a collection of all fighting techniques and traditions worldwide. We can confidently say that all Martial Arts lead to better physical condition. Additionally, they enhance your self-defense skills, self-control, perseverance, and discipline. Respect is also an element present in all Martial Arts. Depending on the country where the Martial Art originated, each martial sport or art has its own characteristics. For example, Taekwondo is known for powerful kicks that end many combinations, Kickboxing mainly focuses on technique combined with brute strength, and in Judo and Kung Fu, you use your opponent’s strength to overcome him or her.

Mental Health

The mental aspect fortunately comes up in many Martial Arts. However, we believe that Kung Fu is one of the few Martial Arts where so much is invested in internal cultivation. The balance between body, mind, and spirit remains the foundation of the martial art. By focusing a lot on the details of hand and kick techniques, posture, and breathing, the mind is also indirectly trained.

Kung Fu as a lifestyle

By continuously cultivating inner strength, the body becomes stronger. Even as physical strength declines with age. Strength comes from within and complements everything on the outside. Additionally, Kung Fu has an incredible variety of movements. The more techniques someone masters, the more techniques need to be improved and perfected. A martial art, therefore, in which you never stop learning.
